Thank you for visiting the Road to Work Ohio (RWO) website. I am committed to educating Ohioans about the benefits of leasing the Ohio Turnpike, and also want to ensure that communities are positioning themselves properly to share in the $4 - 6 billion windfall which would result from the lease.
Illinois, Indiana, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania all have either executed lease agreements or are in the process of seriously considering a lease of their toll roads. Our neighbors realize the potential economic jumpstart a lease could bring – I urge Ohio’s leaders to also take a look at what leasing our Turnpike might do for this great state.
